You don’t have to walk the path alone—healing happens together.
I bring over 15 years of experience walking alongside adults facing life’s challenges. I’m independently licensed as a Clinical Social Worker in Connecticut, Massachusetts, and Tennessee, and hold a certificate in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy from Boston University. Over the years, I’ve worked in many different settings—from correctional facilities and substance use programs to inpatient psychiatric hospitals, community mental health centers, and crisis services—which means I understand the wide range of struggles people face and how to support them.
I’m a Southern girl at heart, born and raised, but I’ve also made a home in the Northeast. That mix helps me connect with people from all walks of life, no matter where you’re starting from. My belief is simple: you don’t have to carry this alone. Healing happens in connection, and therapy is a space where we can find that together.
If you’re ready to take that next step, I’d be honored to walk with you—helping you uncover hope, healing, and a way
